R&G Racing’s CR0060BK Offset Cotton Reel Swingarm Spools are made specifically for Honda CBR1000RR /SP/SP2 (2017-current).

The R&G offset cotton reel swingarm spools directly replace the OEM axle blocks to provide a lifting point for the rear end that also doubles as crash protection. Robust aluminum blocks are CNC machined for precision fit and hard anodized for an attractive appearance with improved corrosion resistance. These protective cotton reels are made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is the same impact absorbing and abrasion resistant material utilized in the successful R&G frame sliders. By mounting in conjunction with the rear axle, strength is significantly improved to defend against impacts over similar sliders that thread into delicate aluminum. The beefy spools reduce the risk of damage to expensive components like the swingarm, rear brake, axle and other critical parts on the rear end. Drilling, cutting, welding or any other permanent modifications are not necessary for installation.
