The SC Project CR-T exhaust was developed for riders who want the highest levels of sound from their motorcycle within an Italian made, race proven, world championship slip-on exhaust. SC-Project’s involvement in the MotoGP world championship races has allowed the exhaust design to graduate from the world of elite competitive racing, to now serve riders like you, in their mission to find the perfect slip-on exhaust system.

The CR-T exhaust design features a short, conical design to project peak levels of sound with deep, rich sounding characteristics to enhance your motorcycles feel and performance. The CR-T exhaust initially made its debut in the racing world in the 2013 MotoGP World Championship. It then appeared as the official exhaust system for the Cardion AB Moto-racing Team in the 2013 MotoGP Season.

The SC-Project CR-T system has found its success through vigorous technical studies, prototypes, and design improvements which ultimately were made to satisfy the most demanding requests of the top teams involved in the MotoGp World Championships. MotoGP teams and riders such as the Aspar Team and Aleix Espargaro assisted in the development of the CR-T exhaust throughout their successful MotoGP seasons in which the exhausts were used. This world champion exhaust system guarantees extreme performance, excellent weight reduction, and stylish design.

Also in Moto2 in the 2015 season the CR-T silencer is the World Champion exhaust, with the French rider Johann Zarco, after a season with many victories and podium. The CR-T exhaust system is produced by an Italian factory – leader at worldwide level in the motorbike exhaust system market- and it is considered one of the most performing and technological exhaust which are available in the market. This product is also available in the Race Replica model for the private customer who wants to install on his motorbike a product which is realized with the same materials and technologies used for MotoGp Championship.

The CR-T silencer is thick and has a minimum diameter : its structure is realized using different materials and technologies of the aeronautic sector as titanium grade 2 and carbon fiber with a special treatment to maximize endurance and the highest temperature.

The inner part of the silencer is available, according to needs and categories it is thought for, in a version with absorbing material or in the full race version without absorbing material which is studied to endure the highest and highest temperature and pressure of the competition motorbike exhaust.

Many details made of titanium come from the full part of the body and are obtained using technological machines with numerical control CNC and they have perfect coupling. The powerful exhaust exit mouth has a measure of 70mm of diameter (for some models the version with a exit mouth of 65mm is available) to optimize the expulsion of the exhaust coming from the engine and it is fully realized in titanium with great welds made by T.I.G. technology in protect atmosphere. These welds take the particular blue and violet color, which is peculiar of titanium of the highest quality.

The main characteristics of the CR-T terminal are a unique design and a pure sporting mark. CR-T is the best expression of technology applied to exhaust systems for racing motorbike: this is denoted also by the sound issued by the exhaust system, with a particular powerful and aggressive tone.
